Dear Friends, Patrons, and Brewers,

In response to the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak, we are making some changes to how we are operating the shop to ensure that you, your families, and our families stay as safe as possible during these uncertain times.


The State of Florida has closed schools until the end of this month, possibly longer. We are a family business and have school-aged children that will need to be home with us. This will put some strain on our availability at the shop. Until school resumes, we will have to operate on a slightly reduced basis.


Effective immediately, and until further notice, we are making the following changes to our operations:


NO WALK-IN SALES: We are suspending walk-in, in-person counter sales. You cannot show up to the shop without an order and make a purchase. All orders must be placed in advance through BrewSRQ.com for pick-up, delivery, or shipping. (If you are unable to use the website, but have access to email and a credit card we can make alternate arrangements - please contact us.) Pick-up scheduling will continue as normal. Ring the bell to let us know you’ve arrived and we’ll get your order for you. If you have an urgent need, please place your order for the earliest available time slot and call the shop. We will do everything we can to expedite your order. Please arrive on time for your designated pick-up so we don’t miss you and disrupt your plans. If you are unable to make your pick-up appointment, please contact us to reschedule. Pick-up hours will not change for the time being, however the shop will not be staffed after the last shipments and scheduled pick-ups go out for the day. Pickup hours are M-F 10am-6pm and Sat 9am-12pm.

REDUCED DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS: We are encouraging the use of our local delivery and flat rate shipping options by reducing the cost from $8.97 to $5 for all orders between $35 and $100. Free shipping and delivery will apply on all orders over $100.

CONTACT/SUPPORT OPTIONS:  JW will be available via chat for beer, wine, and other brewing questions M-F 10am-4pm even if he’s not on-site. The chat is located in the blue box/bubble (Need Help?) at the right side of the screen on the website. Nathan can handle any questions regarding orders and the website. You can always call the shop but may not be able to receive answers to your questions right away. If we do miss you, we will do our very best to get back to you in a timely manner.


The risk of virus transmission via packages is very low, according to the World Health Organization. We want you to feel safe when you order from us, so in conjunction with the social distancing techniques mentioned, we are increasing the use of EPA-listed disinfectants throughout the warehouse including inbound shipments of inventory and supplies. It is probably unnecessary, but we do not feel an abundance of caution is a detriment.


There will be no public brew days, classes, or events held at BrewSRQ until the threat of widespread infection has passed. We will get back to them just as soon as it is safe to do so.


Thank you for understanding while we adjust; we are grateful for your support. The BrewSRQ team is 100% dedicated to the health and safety of our customers and our team. We will ensure you have access to the very best brewing supplies and gear and will do whatever we can to keep you brewing until things return to normal.
