Brewer's Breakfast is a biscuit malt -roasted and used to add toasty, nutty, and fresh bready aromas and flavors to pale ales, ambers, red ales, lagers, bocks, doppelbocks, and Oktoberfest/märzen beers. Use up to 15% of your total grist.
This malt will have you craving Grandma’s kitchen with its aroma of freshly baked biscuits. It’s great for adding color and bready complexity to lighter beers, or in larger amounts in brown ales for that freshly baked character.
