Proximity Malt's Mid-Atlantic Wheat malt is a red wheat malt grown in the mid-Atlantic region. Expect doughy notes with a slightly sweet herbal undertone. Perfect for witbier, hefeweizen, American wheat, hazy IPA, or wherever you would add wheat. Add at 5% to improve head formation and retention. Add rice hulls to assist mash/lauter for all recipes over 50% wheat.
