This beer pours a lovely amber and is full of English character. The beer is medium-bodied with plenty of bready, toasty, and caramel flavors. The EKG hops bring a honeyed earthiness to the beer. Ferment the beer at the higher end of the temperature range to bring out the fruity esters. This beer really shines after a month of conditioning and will reward your patience.
