We get a lot of compliments about our highly concentrated Maple Extract, Natural WONF, which tastes like real maple syrup, but is much stronger. This flavor was developed for beverages (including, beer wine and spirits) and is TTB approved. We recommend a starting use level of 0.25% to 0.50% in most beverage applications. In beer start at 0.30% and adjust to taste.
Maple Extract, Natural WONF contains ethyl alcohol, water, maple syrup and natural flavors.
