If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with pictures of:

Refunds:
We process returns daily and will advise you once your refund is approved. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we process your refund for your bank to release the funds back to your payment method.
If your order was a gift, we will issue the credit on a giftcard.
