This crushable, crisp, sessionable ale recipe came to be during the early part of the COVID-19 stay-at-home orders, hence the name. A few iterations later, and I think you'll love its soft but present noble hop presence and crisp, well-attenuated finish. The malt and yeast bring a sweet grain presence with just a touch of cherry/green fruit skins and honey. Ferment it cool and lager for 3-4 weeks and your patience will be rewarded.
