INCOGNITO® is a 100% all-natural, full-spectrum hop product crafted to deliver highly concentrated flavor while maximizing brewing efficiency and reducing process loss.

  • No vegetative material - less loss equals more beer to package
  • Flowable at ambient temperature - easy pouring for hassle-free brew days

Usage: Whirlpool/Hopstand 

Dosing Guidelines:
  • 1g replaces 6g of standard hop pellets
  • A 20g jar in 20L of beer is roughly 1.5#/bbl or 3.75 oz/5 gallons of pellets
  • Dosage should not exceed 2 jars in 5 gallons of wort

INCOGNITO® works well in conjunction with hop pellets or by itself. 

Tips and Tricks:

  • Stick the jar into your hot spent grains during the boil to help it flow more easily
  • You will want to taste it - DON'T TASTE IT!  Trust us.
