Simply slip the fill nozzle right into the spout of your Nukatap, Intertap, or other forward-sealing faucets to fill bottles right from the tap. Gas can be quickly connected using a bare end of 8 mm OD EVABarrier tubing, or connect the included Ball Lock Adapter to hook up gas using a Ball Lock Quick Disconnect. Is your draft tower too short? No problem! Like the gas-in port, you can swap out the push-in nozzle for the duotight adapter, allowing you to connect tubing directly to the filler, or connect a Ball Lock Post Adapter and use a Ball Lock jumper line to fill right off your keg. This filler includes parts to customize for your preferred process.

The telescopic filling stem handles multiple sizes of beer bottles up to 500 mL. Fully extend the stem and place a clean, chilled bottle on the filler until the bottle top makes loose contact with the sealing bung. Depress the gas button and purge the bottle for 10-30 seconds, allowing gas to escape from the top. Next, press the filler firmly against the bottle to form a tight seal, pressurize with the gas button, open the tap, and begin filling. Very cold bottles and very cold beer foam the least. If you are getting a lot of foam with cold liquid and cold bottles, tighten the counterpressure adjustment until the foaming stops. This will slow your fill, but a slow, controlled fill keeps your beverage at its best.
