OYL-430 showcases the best qualities of this strain by featuring DKO™ and Lumina™ Technologies, which gives you clean, crystal-clear beer without lingering diacetyl or haze. Often used as a house strain, it is highly attenuative and moderately flocculent. And it ferments crisp and clean with light citrus notes under 66° F (19° C)
