White Labs WLP925 can quickly ferment lager beer within a week at room temperature; around 62-68F (17-20C) and under 1.0 bar (14.7 PSI). Once the final gravity is reached, lager the beer at 35F (2C), 15 PSI for 3-5 days for conditioning. Expect strong sulfur production for the first 2 days, which dissipates by day 5.
