Yeast Nutrient Requirements: Low
SafCider AS-2: The best cider yeast for a fresh aromatic profile (apple, citrus) with nice elaborated fruit notes (applesauce) bringing a good overall complexity.
Dosing rate: 0.1-0.2 grams/liter - one pack for 5 gal (19L) of must @ 1.050 SG

Yeast Nutrient Requirements: Low
SafCider AC-4: The best cider yeast for an intensely fresh aromatic profile (apple, floral) with a crisp mouthfeel enhancing cider structure.
