Phantasm powder is a new product made from thiol-loaded New Zealand sauvignon grapes. It allows for a greater expression of passionfruit, grapefruit, white wine, berries, guava, and other fruit flavors, especially when paired with a yeast engineered to release thiols like Cosmic Punch, Star Party, and Lunar Crush. 

USAGE RATE: 14 - 28 grams per gallon (0.5 - 1 oz per gallon), usually added during whirlpool (180F). Usage rates vary depending on yeast selection, hop selection, and when Phantasm is added.
