As part of Weyermann's Heirloom malt line, it offers both historical accuracy and exceptional quality. Expertly floor malted in the Czech Republic, using Bohemian-grown Malz and Bojos malting quality barley varieties, this malt boasts a unique earthy flavor with hints of biscuit and honey.
