The duotight Flow Control Ball Lock Quick Disconnect lets you easily balance beer lines with adjustable resistance. Perfect for serving a wide variety of carbonation levels, this disconnect features an integrated duotight connection to ensures an easy and secure coupling and consistent performance.

The integrated duotight compact design makes it easy to connect, disconnect, switch lines, and reconfigure systems. The quick disconnects are easy to assemble and disassemble, making cleaning and sanitizing a cinch! 

These ball lock disconnects are made from highly chemical-resistant materials, stainless steel springs, and stainless steel ball bearings. This makes them extremely resistant to commonly used cleaning and sanitizing chemicals such as phosphoric-based sanitizers and caustics. The small form factor and low profile allow for easy stacking of connected kegs, like the stackable Torpedo kegs. The new cap design does not require tools for assembly or disassembly. 

These quick disconnects fit thepopular 8mm OD EVABarrier tubing. Use with the 

• 4mm ID EVABarrier for beverage lines where 5-6 ft is sufficient for most draft setups and kegerators where the standard serving pressure is 10-12 psi. 
• 5mm ID EVABarrier is commonly used for gas supply lines or longer beverage line runs that exceed 10 feet.

These Duotight ball lock disconnects already have the Duotight fitting built into the ball lock disconnect. No need for additional threaded fittings, no barbs, and no clamps. Push the beer/gas line in and you are done!

Compact

The world's most compact ball lock disconnect ever manufactured. This new compact form factor is great for tight spaces or fridges where you want to pack as many kegs in as possible. This is one of the only ball lock disconnects that allows standard ball lock kegs to be double stacked while still connected to beer and gas lines.

Over-molded Poppet

The over-molded poppet design means you can couple and disconnect this ball lock QD under extreme pressures of up to 150 psi (higher than most kegs working pressure) and will never have issues with the o-ring blowing out.

Tool-less Disassembly

Other ball lock disconnects require a tool to disassemble for cleaning. The new caps on these allow for easy disassembly by hand, making them easier to break down for cleaning.

Extreme Chemical Resistance

No cheap ABS plastic or nitrile seals. This ball lock disconnect is made from stainless spring and ball bearings, with an engineering polyketone resin body, EPDM, and PP/EPDM over-molded poppet. This makes the quick disconnect resistant to cleaners and sanitizers commonly used by homebrewers.
