Extra Special (formerly British Ale VIII) is a ridiculously thorough flocculator thought to be from a highly regarded English ESB, Extra Special has unique fruitiness and noticeable finishing sweetness. It drops out quickly and completely. It is easy to crop but needs a diacetyl rest. To enhance the fruit, ferment at the recommended temperature ceiling.
