West Coast Ale II is a consistently well-flocculating, well-attenuating, and easy-clearing neutral strain. Slightly fruitier than West Coast Ale I (OYL-004) and clean with a lightly perceptible nuttiness, its subtle citrus character finishes somewhat tart at the cool end, and more fruit character emerges as fermentation temperatures increase.
