    Grains of Paradise, aka melegueta pepper, add a peppery zing, citrus notes, and an earthy pine aroma. Botanically related to both cardamom and ginger. Typically used in Belgian-Style specialty and holiday beers or wherever you want to add unique spice not.

    Also known as paradise seed.

    To use, crush with a mortar and pestle or grind in a spice mill.
