    Used in winemaking to kill off native microorganisms & prevent spoilage. Works as an antioxidant and will remove chlorine/chloramines from water in beer making. 

    For fruit juices and musts, crush 1 tablet/gallon for approximately 75 ppm of free SO2.

    For chlorine/chloramine removal 1 tablet will treat 5-20 gallons depending on the local water source.
