Each of Mangrove Jacks' cider varieties has been formulated with only the freshest and best quality fruit which is pressed and concentrated using state-of-the-art evaporators and cold-filled into a pouch. All of this effort preserves the natural flavor of the fruit, giving you cider which is fresh, crisp, and especially good on a hot summer's day.
From the juiciest pears comes the best pear cider. This cider has a sweet mellow pear flavor that satisfies any thirst. Also called a "perry".

You will need 2.2 lbs (1kg) of dextrose or other sugar to complete the recipe kit. (Sold separately)
Please note: You will want a fermenting vessel with a minimum volume of 6.8 - 7 gallons. If you do not have a suitable fermenter or do not wish to purchase one, you can reduce the volume of water you add. Do note that you will make the ABV of the cider higher by doing this. I recommend you stay at or above 5.5 gallons total batch size.
