Origin: With similarities to Simcoe and Summit hops, Eureka is a fairly new variety with very strong bittering qualities and a complex and robust flavor and aroma profile.
Usage: Aroma, whirlpool, and dry-hopping for any hop-forward styles along with saison, red, and amber ales.
Aroma & Flavor Characteristics: Complex in nature, Eureka is dank and resinous with fruity notes ranging all the way from tropical/citrus to dark stone fruit, herbal notes, black currant, mint, pine, and other dark fruits. Eureka rounds out blends and truly shines as a late hop addition. A variety for the "classic hop head," Eureka is one you won’t want to miss!
