Proximity Malt's Malted Oats is an oat malt grown in the USA. Expect a delicate malty sweetness when used instead of flaked or rolled oats. Perfect for hazy IPA, NEIPA, stouts, porters, blonde ales, or wherever you would add flaked or rolled oats. Malted oats will not gum up and stick a mash and come with the hulls to aid in filtration. Rice hulls will not be necessary with malted oats. Use up to 30%.
