Mango Type, Natural Flavor Blend is a great way to add the flavor of fresh, ripe mangos to your beer, cider, wine and spirits. This TTB approved, clear and colorless flavor will not discolor spirits. We recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.30% in most alcoholic beverages:
Spirits: 0.30% - 0.50%
White Wine: 0.20%.
