This easy-drinking coppery brew is a malty, caramelly beer with a bit of sea salt to help enhance the body and sweetness. If using one of the recommended liquid yeast strains, ferment cooler (56-60F) for a cleaner character. This beer really shines after a month of conditioning. It will reward your patience. Great with food and a regular on our shop taps.
