As a German lager-style base malt, Weyermann® Pilsner brings more than just a pale-straw color to your wort. With its high extract efficiency and excellent lautering properties, this malt provides a malty-sweet flavor with gentle notes of honey. Perfect for any beer style, it adds substantial body and mouthfeel, as well as good foam development and head retention.
