White Labs WLP320 - American Hefeweizen Ale Yeast

This strain ferments much cleaner than its hefeweizen strain counterparts. It produces very slight banana and clove notes and has low flocculation, leaving resulting beers with characteristic cloudiness. THE classic American wheat yeast.
