Origin: Pacifica hops were released by the HortResearch (of the New Zealand Hop Breeding Programme) in 1994. It is the offspring of Hallertau Mittelfrüh and open pollination.
Usage: Pacifica has soft but solid bittering properties and aroma. Use like a noble hop.
Aroma & Flavor Characteristics: Pacifica displays a beautiful blend of old-world floral, spice, and bright citrus of the new world. The juicy aroma is best described as orange.
